Ingredients

8-12 oz of water, hemp, almond or brazil nut milk (see our easy homemade nut milk recipes here)
1-2 slice(s) avocado (Use 1 tbsp nut butter if avocados are unavailable to you)
1-2 dates pits removed
½ c organic frozen blueberries
1 small handful organic baby spinach or 1 tsp Vitamineral Greens by Healthforce Superfoods
1-2 tsp ground flaxseeds or chia seeds (see below for the fabulous phyto-function of flaxseeds)
1 tsp organic cinnamon
1 serving brown rice protein powder (this is our favorite)

optional:
1 tsp Divine Turmeric Paste

The Sweet
  • If more sweetness is desired, add 1 tsp real vanilla and/or 1 drop liquid stevia.
  • Sugar-free? Leave out the dates and blueberries, and up the cinnamon, vanilla & stevia (if desired)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until creamy and smooth.  Adjust for desired consistency and cinnamon level.

Phyto-function: Flax seed

Flaxseeds help to carry out the final steps in the cleanse process. They are both high in insoluble fiber and mucilage, a slippery substance produced when combined with water, producing a perfect conduit for sweeping away those metabolic waste products and toxins sitting in your colon. We recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the cleanse to continue to support your body's flushing ability.
