Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata) herb*

Goat’s Rue  (Galega officinalis) herb*

Milky Oat (Avena sativa) spikelet*

Blessed Thistle (Cnicus, benedictus) herb*

Other ingredients:  Organic cane alcohol, vegetable glycerine & filtered water

Usage: 

Suggested Use:  3-5 dropperfuls, 2-3 times per day, in 1-2 oz of water, tea or juice
